Low risk, high reward. Our firm employs a contingent recruiting model, meaning there are no upfront financial risks. You only pay us when we deliver.

Our recruitment fee is 20% of the candidate's first year’s gross salary, including any applicable signing bonuses.

There is no cost to candidates at any stage of our process. Our fee is paid entirely by the hiring organization and is not deducted from the candidate's salary or compensation package.

Invoicing & Billing

Our services are billed in one installment on the candidate's first day of employment, with the full payment due within 30 days of invoicing.

Our Guarantee

Innovative Alignments guarantees our placements for a period ninety (90) days.

We understand that circumstances can change. If you are dissatisfied with an employee we placed within the first ninety days, or if the employee leaves voluntarily or is terminated for just cause, Innovative Alignments will source and place another qualified applicant at no additional cost.
